Condolence From: Gloria Vargas
Condolence: I met K'Dawn when she started working for HMS in 2010, with Family Support. I was working for HMS, with Family Support as well, as a Promotora. I would usually see her on Wednesdays, when we had meetings, since I live in Lordsburg. She was always a friendly and kind person. Later, when I transferred to medical records with with HMS, I would see her whenever she'd come down for meetings in Lordsburg. She usually made a point to drop by my office and ask how I was doing, & sometimes we'd briefly talk about what was going on in our lives. When she transferred to Compliance, she always made herself available to me, so I always felt, like I could reach out to her if I had an issue with medical records. I'm happy to say, I never failed to make her laugh, & I feel good about that. I remember on one of our all staff meetings in Silver, she proudly introduced me to her beautiful daughter Madison, who was quite young at the time. Right before I retired, I got a chance to see her, and she congratulated me on my retirement. She told me she was very happy for me, but that she would miss me &I told her I would miss her too. KDawn was a beautiful Soul, that left this world too quickly. Eternal Rest grant unto her, oh Lord, a let perpetual light shine upon her. I expess my heartfelt & deepest Condolences to her beloved daughter, Madison & all Family. I will miss you, KD.🥲💖 Gloria Vargas

Condolence: My family and I are just heartbroken to know that K'Dawn is no longer with us and we hold her, Madi and everyone who loved K'Dawn close in our thoughts and hearts. She was an incredible friend and gem, especially as we raised our girls together in Silver City. We were so fortunate to have her spirit and expertise join us at Hidalgo Medical Services all those years ago. Together with our dear friend, Carmen Zamora, and the sea of dedicated staff at HMS, we felt like sky was the limit and we could make the world a better place. K'Dawn was a champion in moving health initiatives forward for our community. She was an example to us all. Her hard work and dedication in everything she pursued, especially motherhood, was commendable. She loved Madi with all her heart and she was a great mamma. We love you K'Dawn and we pray you rest in peace with your beautiful mom. I share a photo of one of countless community events we worked on together.

Condolence From: The LaMonda’s
Condolence: May K’Dawn find peace with our prayers and understanding. There is no description or comprehension of the pain, loneliness, sadness, and hopelessness this young beautiful woman, mother, child experienced. May God give you and yours the strength and Love needed to carry on. You are in our prayers.
