Adrian was truly a "special boy" who loved life and laughter and taught all who knew him especially his mommy and daddy to love unconditionally and embrace life and all that it brings. In the short time we were blessed with his presence he lived a happy life with a family who loved him so much and although Adrian had cerebral palsy and faced much pain and obstacles in his lifetime all you would ever see was the smile and grace and dignity and joy on his beautiful face
