Adrian Wayne Scott, 58 of Las Cruces, NM died Tuesday December 27, 2005 in Mexico. He was born March 26, 1947 in Las Cruces, NM to Oral and Myrtle Scott. Wayne honorably served his country for three years in the United States Army, and was employed at Burn Construction for over 30 years where he made many life long friends. Adrian Wayne Scott, 58 of Las Cruces, NM died Tuesday December 27, 2005 in Mexico. He was born March 26, 1947 in Las Cruces, NM to Oral and Myrtle Scott. Wayne honorably served his country for three years in the United States Army, and was employed at Burn Construction for over 30 years where he made many life long friends. Wayne will be missed by all who knew and loved him. Wayne is survived by his loving wife Maria Aguilar Scott of the family home; three daughters, Stephanie Scott of Houston, TX; Marlo Scott of Las Cruces, NM; and Heather Clayton and her husband Jeremy of Las Cruces, NM. His parents, Arley and Myrtle Weatherford of Las Cruces, NM. His two beloved granddaughters, Khylee and Willow Clayton, one aunt Viola Carlton, and many nieces, nephews and cousins also survive Wayne. He was preceded in death by both his sisters, Elva Taylor and Ann Stoechner and also by his father in law, Pablo Aguilar. A visitation will be held from 5 to 7 PM on Monday, January 2, 2006 at Getz Funeral Home Chapel where the Prayer Vigil will follow at 7 PM. The Funeral Liturgy will be at 2 PM on Tuesday, January 3, 2006 at St. Genevieve's Catholic Church with burial to follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens Cemetery. PDF Printable Version
