Our father, Alex Martinez passed away on June 28, 2022 after battling an autoimmune disease at age 62. He is survived by his wife, Jody Martinez and children, Jasmine Kilgo-Martinez and Nick Martinez, his father Eloy Martinez and his siblings, Laura Whipple, Vikki Martinez, Gina Morales, Eloy Martinez Jr, and John Martinez. He had 3 grandchildren, Julien Martinez, Joshua Kidd, and Jocelyn Kidd. He also had many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his mother, Jennie Martinez, nieces Gianna Martinez and Megan Whipple. He was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico and went to New Mexico State University where he studied and graduated with a Computer Science bachelor's degree. He worked at White Sands Missile Range, Nellis Air Force Base, and Memorial Medical Center as a Management Information Systems Engineer for over 20 years. There are no events planned, as Alex did not wish to have services.
