Anacleto "Cleto" Reyes, 86 of Las Cruces, NM died Friday, October 29, 2010 at home. He was born January 13, 1924 in El Paso, Texas to Jose and Genoveva Reyes. Cleto was a retired Plumber from the Las Cruces Public Schools. He loved spending time with his beloved grandchildren as well as reading the Bible. Anacleto "Cleto" Reyes, 86 of Las Cruces, NM died Friday, October 29, 2010 at home. He was born January 13, 1924 in El Paso, Texas to Jose and Genoveva Reyes. Cleto was a retired Plumber from the Las Cruces Public Schools. He loved spending time with his beloved grandchildren as well as reading the Bible. He will be truly missed by all who knew and loved him. He is survived by sons Pete Reyes and Ralph Teran of Las Cruces; Joe Reyes and wife Bridgette and Joe Andrew Reyes all of El Paso, TX; Steve Reyes of Denver, CO. Daughters Yolanda Fisher and husband Danny of Las Cruces; Hilda Reyes-Lehm and husband Robert of Albuquerque, NM; Pearl Carreras and Rubi Cox of Denver, CO. Two brothers Manuel Reyes of Las Cruces, NM and Joe Reyes of Albuquerque, NM. Five sisters, Julia Aguirre of San Pedro, CA; Ester Evaro of Fairacres, NM; Josie Salaiz of Las Cruces; Teresa Rodriguez of Mesquite, NM and Lorenza Apodaca of Las Cruces, NM. Also surviving him are numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife Eloisa Reyes, and a son Harold Reyes. A visitation will be held from 6 to 8 pm on Monday, November 1, 2010 at Getz Funeral Home. Funeral Services to celebrate his life will be at 10 am on Tuesday, November 2, 2010 also at Getz Funeral Home. Officiating will be Pastor Felix Gonzales. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Serving, as pallbearers will be, Joe Reyes, Pete Reyes, Ralph Teran, Lucas Arzabal, Joe Andrew Reyes, and Albert Salaiz.
