Andrea Salinas, 63, of San Diego, CA died Tuesday, December 13, 2005 at Providence Medical Center in El Paso, TX. She was born on July 15, 1942 in Las Cruces, NM to Jacinto and Braulia Nevarez. She and her husband lived in San Diego, CA for 35 years raising their family of three girls. She was employed for 15 years by the City of San Diego, where she was the Executive Administrative Secretary for the City of San Diego. She was a member of the San Diego Assembly of God Church for over 25 years. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 45 years Ernesto Salinas, her three daughters; Sydney Burris and husband Barry, and granddaughter Veronica, Felicia Peters and husband Steve and grandsons Robert II, and Thomas, Patricia Dona and husband Major Orlando Dona and grandchildren Camille, Timothy, Denise, and Ana. She is also survived by stepfather Cosme Delgado, five sisters; Elvia Tyrrell, Josephine Nevarez, Alice Montoya, Marry Helen Mendida, and Soledad Reyes, six brothers; David S.
