Audrey Mack, 83 of Las Cruces, NM died Sunday, November 1, 2009 at Mesilla Valley Hospice, La Posada. She was born June 2, 1926 in Gary, Indiana to Wilfred and Bessie Phillips and had worked as a Secretary with the Public School System in Indiana. Audrey Mack, 83 of Las Cruces, NM died Sunday, November 1, 2009 at Mesilla Valley Hospice, La Posada. She was born June 2, 1926 in Gary, Indiana to Wilfred and Bessie Phillips and had worked as a Secretary with the Public School System in Indiana. After retiring she worked as a church secretary for the Methodist Church. Audrey played the piano for many years at home and church, as music was one of her passions. Audrey will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Audrey is survived by her husband of 63 years, Harold; one daughter, Cheryl Roberts of Las Cruces, NM; one son, Greg Mack and wife Lela of Las Cruces, NM; grandchildren, Bobby Parker and wife Rhonda of Peoria, Ill; Kathryn Parker of Albuquerque, NM; Andrew Mack, Alexander Mack, Brendan Mack, and Cory Mack all of Las Cruces, NM. Also surviving are two great granddaughters, Mackenzie and Cecilia Parker of Peoria, Ill. A visitation will be held from 5:30 to 7 pm on Thursday, November 5, 2009 at Getz Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be at 10 am on Friday, November 6, 2009 at Getz Funeral Home Chapel. Entombment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens Mausoleum. Officiating will be Rev. James Large of St. Paul's United Methodist Church. Serving, as pallbearers will be Greg Mack, Andy Mack, Kathy Parker, Cory Mack, Howard Mack, and Sven Wickstrom.
