It is with deep sorrow and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Mother and Grandmother Aurora M. Trujillo. Mama Yoya as she was commonly known to her Grandchildren was born on September 16, 1923, in Chihuahua Chihuahua, Mexico and passed away on September 9, 2011, surrounded by her loved ones. It is with deep sorrow and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Mother and Grandmother Aurora M. Trujillo. Mama Yoya as she was commonly known to her Grandchildren was born on September 16, 1923, in Chihuahua Chihuahua, Mexico and passed away on September 9, 2011, surrounded by her loved ones. Mrs. Trujillo would have been 88 on September 16, 2011. Mrs. Trujillo was the Heart of her family, she will be deeply missed. Mrs. Trujillo was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years Alejo (Alex) Trujillo also sisters Concha Landeros of San Luis Colorado and Rafaela Gonzalez of El Paso Texas. Mrs. Trujillo's greatest joy was watching her Novelas and having all her children and grandchildren together at home. Mrs. Trujillo is survived by her children, 4 sons, Jose Alejandro Trujillo and wife Carmen of El Paso Texas, Lorenzo Trujillo and wife Elisa, Lalo Trujillo and wife Terri, and Ruben Trujillo and wife Mari, 2 Daughters, Rosa Correa and husband Mario, and Delia Costales and husband Rudy all of Las Cruces, New Mexico, 9 Grandchildren, Jose Alejandro Trujillo Jr., Lorena Ramirez, Jorge Trujillo, Alicia Trujillo, Haydee Trujillo Torres, Daniel Correa, Jackie Trujillo, Becky Jimenez. and Javier Correa. 8 Great Grandchildren, Valerie, Alejandra, Annissa, Anjolie, Josiah, Jada, Danica, and Elijah. Visitation will be held Tuesday September 13, 2011 from 5 PM to 7 PM with Rosary to follow at Getz Funeral Home. A Funeral Mass will be given Wednesday at 2 PM September 14, 2011, at St Genevieve's Catholic Church. The rite of committal will follow at St. Joseph's Cemetery.
