Barbara Gail (Greening) Trujillo, resident of Las Cruces, NM passed away on March 3, 2022, at the tender age of 75. In her words "I was born on February 21, 1947, and raised in Springer, NM, by Grandmother, Genoveve Greening and Grandpa Abraham Greening, moving to Las Cruces in 1979. Graduated from Springer High School, Springer, NM. Retired from NMSU after 25 years of service as a Custodian with the Housing Dept. Also put in 16 years of service with Expert Care. I raised 3 children; my son, Joseph Raymond Avila, & two daughters, Valerie Grace Avila and Victoria Trujillo Williams as well as a Grandson; Zackrey Aaron Joseph Avila. Also helped raise my grand-daughter Jasmine Monique Moreno. I helped care for my two great grandchildren Nehemiah Trujillo and Alexa Avila. They all brought me so much joy in my later years. Thank you for making me smile. I loved my family with all my heart and hope that they learned something of value from me. First and most important that they love the Lord and our Savior with all their heart and that all good things come from the Lord. Follow in his footsteps and he will always light your way. I love to read and work in my garden. I also loved computers, puzzle games and thrifting." Preceded in death by Mother Della Monica (Greening) Dore, husband Narciso David Trujillo.
