Beatrice Mae Abraham of Las Cruces, NM, passed away on Tuesday, February 26, 2008. Bea was born in Wilsonboro, PA. She was well known for her international gourmet cooking and pastries. She dedicated much of her time with church activities and helping those in need. Bea sang with the Sweet Adelines international singers and loved spending time in Pie Town, NM. Bea is survived by her husband of 57 years, Abraham Abraham; four sons: Nassam Abraham and his wife Dalia of Las Cruces, NM, Brian Abraham and his wife Debbie of Las Cruces, NM, Wakeen Abraham and his wife Jill of Belen, NM, and Michael Abraham and his wife Susan of Rogers, AR. Her grandchildren are: Cristina, Brian, Abraham, David, Sherian, Jennifer, Michael and Jordan. Her great grand-children are: Kira, Brooklynn, Damien. A visitation will be held Thursday February 28, 2008 from 5-7 PM at Getz Funeral Home. The funeral service will be Friday February 29, 2008 at 10 AM at the Getz Funeral Home Chapel.
