Bettie A. Bryant, 78, of Las Cruces, died Thursday, Sept. 22, 2005. She was born May 23, 1928 in New Boston, Missouri to Dennison Hill and Ellen Lile. Bettie was an avid sports fan and enjoyed football and golf. She loved the food channel and shopping and was a member of University United Methodist Church. Bettie A. Bryant, 78, of Las Cruces, died Thursday, Sept. 22, 2005. She was born May 23, 1928 in New Boston, Missouri to Dennison Hill and Ellen Lile. Bettie was an avid sports fan and enjoyed football and golf. She loved the food channel and shopping and was a member of University United Methodist Church. Mrs. Bryant will be deeply missed by all her family and friends who knew and loved her. She is survived by her daughter Janice Harrison and husband Dr. Norman Harrison of Las Cruces; grandson Dr. Bobby Harrison and wife Rachel and their children Hudson and Cooper. She is also survived by her Grandma Elizabeth Cable as well as many other grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins. Bettie was preceded in death by her husband Russell Bryant and by her granddaughter Liz Harrison. Funeral Services will be at 1:00 PM on Monday, September 26, 2005 at University United Methodist Church with Rev. Allan Nesbitt officiating. Burial will follow at Masonic Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Dr. Bobby Harrison, John David Smithhisler, Bobby Risner, Matt Davis, Ron Burick, Chris Gallegos and Adam Forshad. PDF Printable Version
