Bill Comstock, 80, of Las Cruces, NM, died Saturday, November 11, 2006 at Mountain View Regional Medical Center. He was born January 31, 1926 in Evart, Michigan, son of Grant and Mabel Comstock. He graduated from Central Michigan University in 1951 and was employed as a mathematician and Fortran programmer at White Sands Missile Range. For relaxation, Bill enjoyed camping and traveling with his RV club and often spent time in Timberon. Humor, independence, kindness and tolerance helped him, and the people who surrounded him, over the humps in life. In later years, he devoted much of his time and energy cheerfully caring for Ann Comstock, his wife of 55 years.
