She was married to the love of her life Eugene Salazar Garcia for 63 years. She is preceded in death by both her parents, her brother Jimmy, her loving husband, 1 grandchild and 1 great grandchild. She is survived by their 4 children: Lawrence, Leroy, James Garcia, and Bernice Smith, 11 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. The rosary will take place at Our Lady of Light Catholic Church at 10:00 am Friday September 15, 2023, with mass to follow rosary. A burial will follow at Our Lady of Light Cemetery.
