Charles "Hap" Rader passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 12, 2010 at age 83. Hap is survived by Barbara, his high school sweetheart and wife of over 60 years; his two sons; two grandchildren; two great grandchildren and one brother. Hap retired from the Chevron Refinery in El Paso. His family and friends will remember him as a devoted husband and father. He was a very kind and humble man. Hap loved the solitude and beauty of the New Mexico mountains, especially the Gila Wilderness. A Graveside Funeral Service will be at 2:00 pm on Monday, January 18, 2010 at Evergreen East Cemetery, 12400 E. Montana in El Paso, Texas. Officiating will be Rev.
