Cristina P. Garcia, 55, of Mesquite, NM died Friday, May 13, 2005. She was born July 24, 1949 in Durango, Mexico to Adam and Marcelina Quezada Perez. She was a beloved wife, mother and grandmother who will be deeply missed by her family and friends who knew and loved her. Cristina P. Garcia, 55, of Mesquite, NM died Friday, May 13, 2005. She was born July 24, 1949 in Durango, Mexico to Adam and Marcelina Quezada Perez. She was a beloved wife, mother and grandmother who will be deeply missed by her family and friends who knew and loved her. She is survived by her husband of 39 years Armando Garcia of the family home; son Paz Armando Garcia and wife Eva; daughters Adelina Garcia and Margarita Garcia Martinez and husband Benjamin; mother Marcelina Quezada; brothers Ramon, Jose Luis, Manuel, Benjamin and David; sisters Maria, Evangelina and Socorro; grandchildren Armando III, Daniel, Michael, Crystal, Cynthia, Ouray and Tah-wish. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Cristina was preceded in death by her daughter Yvette Garcia Juarez, her father Adam and a brother Leonardo Quezada. A visitation will be held from 5 to 7 PM Wednesday, May 18, 2005 ay Getz Funeral Home where a prayer vigil will follow at 7 PM. The funeral mass is at 10:00 AM Thursday, May 19, 2005 at St.Genevieve's Catholic Church with Fr. Juan Moreno officiating. Rite of Committal will be at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
