Curtis Jay Kiser Curtis Jay Kiser was born on December 23, 1948, and passed away peacefully and with family on January 30th 2022. He is survived by his wife Peggy Ballard Kiser of 50 years. He is also, survived by his brother, Dan Kiser(Jerine), son Lucas Kiser, daughter Lindsey Kiser, grandsons Morgan Kiser and Liam Kiser and numerous nephews, nieces and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Ardith Kiser. Curt was born and raised in Rock Island, Illinois. After proudly serving as a US Navy Seabee during the Vietnam War from 1967-1970, he moved to Las Cruces, New Mexico with his family. Curt spent the majority of his career in Real Estate and development. Curt loved to fill his time working on cars, camping and fishing. He was a horseman and hunter and enjoyed spending time with friends and family and never failed to tell a tall and humorous tale. He and Peggy enjoyed their retirement by RV-ing across the country. Friends and family are invited on Friday, February 4th from 4-7pm at the family home to share memories and honor Curt. (Masks Optional).
