Cynthia Marie Marquez

Cynthia Marie Marquez passed away peacefully surrounded by family on March 3rd, 2021 after battling a very aggressive cancer. Cindy was born September 5th, 1956 to Arturo Marquez and Rosemary Rodriguez in Las Cruces, NM. Cindy was a handful growing up as a kid but she always had a beautiful soul, she was a beautiful, kind- hearted, amazing Mom, Sister, Daughter and Friend. Those who knew her best knew she would do anything for her children and family. Cindy will truly be missed and never forgotten. She was proceeded in death by her Dad, Arturo Marquez; Sister, Patricia Marquez; and Grandparents, Jesus and Paula Rodriguez. She is survived by her Mother, Rosemary Padilla of Las Cruces, NM; Daughter Missy Marquez and Fianc Victoria of Las Cruces, NM; Son, Chuy Marquez of Las Cruces, NM ; Her siblings: Sister: Pauline Marquez of Las Cruces, NM; Brother: Arturo Marquez and Wife Rosie of Las Cruces, NM; Sister: Belinda Rivera and Husband Gary of Las Cruces, NM; Sister: Rose Marie of Las Cruces, NM; Brother: Danny Marquez of Phoenix, AZ. Grandchildren: Isaiah Mancha, Alyezme Carrera, Giovanni Armijo, Devinity Armijo, Essence Armijo, Xavier Marquez and Arianna Marquez. Also, numerous Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins. Cindy requested to be cremated and her ashes to be given to her Children. Her final request was for everyone to celebrate her life with happiness and no tears. She wants to be remembered by the fun, laughs and love she shared with her family and friends.
