He retired from the New Mexico State Parks where he developed a lifelong friendship with his co-workers Stan and Larry. Daniel "Con" Hernandez beloved brother, nephew and uncle was born July 7, 1955 and passed away Monday, March 21, 2016. Con was a graduate of Hatch Valley High. He retired from the New Mexico State Parks where he developed a lifelong friendship with his co-workers Stan and Larry. He is survived by his sister, Esther Valencia, his aunt Rumalda "Maimie" Fajardo, niece, Renee (Andy) Pantoja, great-nephew, Eric, great-niece, Breanna and his special cousin, Daniel "Corey" Morales, and many uncles, aunts, and cousins. Con was proceeded in death by his parents Manuel and Isabel Hernandez and several uncles and aunts. A memorial service will be held at Getz Funeral Home on Saturday, April 2, 2016 at 10am. Burial of cremains will follow immediately after in Hatch at Garden of Memories cemetery. PDF Printable Version
