Danny J. Mitchell Jr.79 of Deming, NM went to be with his Heavenly Father on Wednesday April 11, 2012. He was born to Daniel and Mary Jane Mitchell on September 28, 1932 in Marcia, NM. He was a member of Bethel Baptist Church and Masonic Lodge No. 12 of Deming, NM. Danny enjoyed the outdoors and camping. His true passion was making jewelry. He made all kinds of jewelry for friends and family, he even made bolo ties for his brothers at the Masonic Lodge. Danny will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years Patty Mitchell of the family home, Sons, Daniel (Danny) Ray Mitchell of Marysville, CA and Steven Mitchell of Phoenix, AZ , two grandchildren, Sara and Tonya Mitchell, one sister, Jane and Ed Smith of Safford, AZ and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, five sisters and three brothers. A Celebration of life will be held at Bethel Baptist Church on April 19 at 11:00 AM. PDF Printable Version
