It is with great love and a heavy heart that we announce the passing of our dear mother; Daria Leos Lambert has entered eternal rest on September 06, 2022. She was born August 20, 1946, in San Antonio, Texas, she was preceded in death by her parents Sofia Guzman and Juan Leos and brother Rafael Villanueva Jr. She leaves behind to cherish her loving memory, by her sisters Guadalupe (Zenin) Fox and Sofia L. Ruiz, her daughter Guadalupe Laura Lambert, son Harold Dean Lambert III, grandchildren Giancarlo D. Chavez-Lambert, Nyasia L. Lambert-White, Katrina Star Lambert, great-grandson Timothy Elijah Johnson, as well as numerous nieces and nephews and family members and friends she dearly loved. Daria was the youngest daughter of her siblings. She was a devoted, kind, loving and generous mother/grandmother. She was a great example of how hard work, perseverance, resilience, and faith can see you through good and bad times. She worked civil service for 35 years with the FBI, IRS and the Hirshhorn Museum in Washington, D.C. and was a Veteran of the US Army and Air Force Reserves. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. We are grateful to those involved in her unexpected passing at Mountain View Regional Medical Center and Getz Funeral Home Services in Las Cruces, New Mexico and St. Paul's Catholic Church in San Antonio, Texas.
