Donald F Albert Jr passed away peacefully, at the age of 71, on Friday, May 19, 2017 at the Princeton Place assisted living facility in Albuquerque NM. He was born in Oakland, CA on September 11, 1945 to Donald F Albert Sr and Hazel L Albert, he was the oldest of 4 children. He is survived by his wife, Evangelina M Albert, his first wife Priscilla Dorey, sisters Frances E Alailima and Dolores M Google, his children Donald F Albert III with his wife Victoria, Lisa M Albert, James D Albert and David W Albert with his wife Alisa, along with 9 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren 3 nieces, 3 nephews, and several stepchildren. He was preceded in death by both of his parents and, very recently, his sister Rachel K Ball. Don attended high school in Pleasanton, CA and later completed his Associates Degree in Business Administration. Among his many vocations, he was an ambulance driver, a fireman, an over the road truck driver, owned businesses associated with landscaping, forest fire services and mobile home service. His mobile home transport and setup business is what he would most recently be remembered for in the Las Cruces area. Building and racing cars was his passion in the early part of his life, he later received his private pilot's license and owned an airplane. Additionally, he loved spending weekends with family and friends on his cabin cruiser boat at the Elephant Butte Reservoir.
