Our beloved father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend Eduardo Luis Aguilar, 72, of Anthony, NM entered eternal life Thursday, August 23, 2012 at Mountain View Regional Medical Center surrounded by his family and loved ones. He was born May 29, 1940 in Juarez, Mexico to the late Mr. Jesus and Mrs. Eva Chavez Melendez. He is survived by his children, Luis Jr. Aguilar, Joe Aguilar...
Our beloved father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend Eduardo Luis Aguilar, 72, of Anthony, NM entered eternal life Thursday, August 23, 2012 at Mountain View Regional Medical Center surrounded by his family and loved ones. He was born May 29, 1940 in Juarez, Mexico to the late Mr. Jesus and Mrs. Eva Chavez Melendez. He is survived by his children, Luis Jr. Aguilar, Joe Aguilar, Eva (Mike) Sumrall, Jaime (Lupina) Aguilar, Norma Beltran, Lidia (David) Paez, Yolanda (Josh) Palacios, Vanessa Aguilar, and Laura Aguilar. He leaves behind numerous loving brothers, sisters, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family. Luis was a loving brother, father, grandfather and friend to all. Luis worked in construction for many years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his family. A special thank you to the Mountain View Center for their loving care and support. Also, thank you to the Getz Funeral Home for all of the arrangements. A visitation is scheduled for Tuesday, August 28, 2012 from 6 to 7 pm followed by a rosary at 7 pm at St. Anthony's Catholic Church. The funeral mass will be on Wednesday, August 29, 2012 at 10 am at St. Anthony's Catholic Church. Rite of Committal will follow at St. Anthony's Cemetery. PDF Printable Version
