Edward A. Moore (a.k.a. Ed, Pops and Pop Pop), of Las Cruces, New Mexico passed away peacefully on the January 21, 2022 at the age of 84. Ed was preceded in death by his parents Sam Moore and Georgia Mae Moore; and sister Sarah. Edward A. Moore (a.k.a. Ed, Pops and Pop Pop), of Las Cruces, New Mexico passed away peacefully on the January 21, 2022 at the age of 84. Ed was preceded in death by his parents Sam Moore and Georgia Mae Moore; and sister Sarah. He is survived by his brother, James Moore; and sister Lena Moore; five children, seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren. As a 24-year Veteran, Pops served in the Navy, Army and Air Force where he retired, After retirement, the open road was called out to Pop Pop where he made a career as a truck driver, and after may years was able to put another retirement under his belt. Edward took great pride in his family, and will be greatly missed by them, as well as his many friends. His happy-go-lucky attitude always put a smile on your face. Celebration will be held at Faith Christian Center at 4:00 pm. We love you all and greatly appreciate you taking the time to celebrate with us.
