Edwardo Morales (Lalo) Salaiz Jr. passed away on December 5th, 2018 at the age of 62 at Memorial Medical Center in Las Cruces, New Mexico. He was born May 2nd, 1956 in Las Cruces New Mexico to Edwardo S. Salaiz Sr. And Jesusita Victoria M. Salaiz. He graduated from Las Cruces High School in 1975. He worked at the Corbett Center at NMSU. Edwardo Morales (Lalo) Salaiz Jr. passed away on December 5th, 2018 at the age of 62 at Memorial Medical Center in Las Cruces, New Mexico. He was born May 2nd, 1956 in Las Cruces New Mexico to Edwardo S. Salaiz Sr. And Jesusita Victoria M. Salaiz. He graduated from Las Cruces High School in 1975. He worked at the Corbett Center at NMSU. He also worked with the Kruces Band along with other local bands in Las Cruces as a Stage Manager/Sound Tech. He was never married and had no children. Lalo was survived by his sisters Patricia A. Salaiz and Michelle Salaiz Ramirez (Daniel) and his nephew Robert E. Salaiz that he brought up and treated as though he was his own, along with niece's Danielle and Elisa Chavez, and nephew's Benny and Danny Jr. Chavez. He is preceded in death by his parent Edwardo & Jesusita Victoria Salaiz, his brother Robert (Bobby) Salaiz. Lalo didn't lead an extremally exciting life but lived it very well and to the fullest with his loving family and friends. Spending most of his early years participating in a Van Club. Along with his aforementioned participation with local bands to allow him to be closer to his love of music. He would later spend most of his time with his family and taking them on vacations.
