Evangelina passed on may 3 rd 2024 at her home surrounded by her loving family.
Eva was known to be a loving wife, mother and friend to those around her. Eva has always been known as someone who deeply cared and loved each one of them and was someone they could always count on. More than anything she enjoyed the company of those whom she loved. Eva always looked forward to her visits to Mexico to see her family that were near and dear to her heart. Eva’s inviting attitude will be remembered among her family and friends. Eva will always be remembered for her honesty, dedication and most importantly the unconditional love she had for her family.
Eva is survived by her loving husband Eddie Velazquez and her son Eric Velazquez.
Eva is preceded in death by Bernardo Herrera, Maria Elena Garcia, Jesus Herrera, and Luisa
Patricia Herrera.
Services are scheduled for May 9 th 2024 at Getz Funeral home in Las Cruces NM at 2pm. A
rosary will follow in memory of Evangelina Velazquez.
