Francis Samuel Casciani July 20, 1935-August 12, 2018 Frank S. Casciani was the first of four children born to Rose Uva Casciani and Joseph P. Casciani in 1935. Frank passed away August 12, 2018. He was married in 1959 to Cosimine Alessi Casciani. Frank was very dedicated to his many friends and established life-long friendships accepting all of them into his extended family. After moving to New Mexico in 2006, Frank met Charles Ruff and became fast friends for beyond life. Frank believed in "Living Life to its Fullest" and sharing his enthusiasm with all whom he encountered. His passion for entertaining and celebrating special occasions with his family and friends were known far and wide. He enjoyed sharing his culinary skills with all openly without expectations, these skills were the foundations of many memorable events. He received his Doctorate in Chemical Compounding Ceramics from Alfred University. His career took him from Eastman Dental Center to the Federal Drug Administration and ultimately into private consulting. His legacy will live forever through the lives, remembrances, and love of his friends and family. Frank you are forever in our hearts. He is survived by a large family including his; brother Joseph M. Casciani, PhD, (Audrey). His children Christine Casciani, Cosette Casciani-Eaton (Rodney Eaton), Francis A. Frank was preceded in death; by his parents Rose and Joseph, his wife Cosimine and his two sisters Louise A. Casciani and Virginia T. Hankins.
