With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, and uncle, Francisco H. "Frankie" Calzada. Born in Fort Polk, La to the late Miguel B. and Refugia Calzada on July 16, 1968. Frankie was an avid Cowboys fan and loved visiting and spending time with his family. He is survived by his beloved wife of 24 years, Natalie, cherished father of 4 sons, Frank Jr., and wife Alma, Andrew and companion Emily, Marcos and wife Aileen, and Jesus "Jac" Calzada. 1 daughter Vanessa Calzada. His pride and joy were his 7 grandchildren, Mathew, Amaya, Joshua, Miley, Alina, Alani, and Christopher. He also leaves his Mother Refugia H. Calzada, 3 brothers, Mike Calzada and Virginia Carreon, Ricardo and wife Debbie, John and wife Jessica. 3 sisters, Terry Nevarez and husband Rocky, Beatrice Calzada and husband Orlando Herrera, and Merlinda Manning and husband Steve. Also, survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. He is preceded in death by his father Miguel B. Calzada, a brother Tony Calzada, maternal grandparents, Jesus and Refugia Hidalgo, paternal grandparents, Pedro and Francisca Calzada. Services are scheduled for Wednesday, August 31, 2022 to begin at 10:00 am with a viewing at Getz Funeral Home 1410 E. Bowman Ave. Las Cruces, NM with service to follow at 12:00 pm.
