Gilbert M. "Moe" Ordunez Jr., 49, of Las Cruces passed away Friday, March 29, 2013 at his home. Moe was born May 23, 1963 in El Paso, Texas to Gilbert and Teresa Ordunez. Gilbert M. "Moe" Ordunez Jr., 49, of Las Cruces passed away Friday, March 29, 2013 at his home. Moe was born May 23, 1963 in El Paso, Texas to Gilbert and Teresa Ordunez. Gilbert is survived by his wife of 27 years Rose Mary Leon, son Gilbert Ordunez III, daughter Felicia Ordunez and partner Michael Castillo, and granddaughter, Melody Ordunez. Moe is also survived by his parents Gilbert and Teresa Ordunez; Brothers and sisters; Becky Ordunez-Polanco and husband Joe, Albert Ordunez and wife Esther, Sandra Meza and husband Victor, Chris Ordunez, and Cynthia Saenz and husband Victor. He was loved by many nephews, nieces, and relatives. Visitation for Moe will be Thursday, April 4, 2013 from 6:00pm-7:00pm at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with a prayer vigil to follow at 7pm. Funeral Mass will be Friday, April 5, 2013 at 10:00am also at the same church, burial will follow at Tortugas cemetery where he will be laid to rest.
