Herminio P. Lara, 95, of Berino, NM died Tuesday, Oct. 4, 2005. He was born March 6, 1910 in Rodey, NM to Marcelino and Lazara Perez Lara. Herminio loved to race peacocks, chickens and other farm animals and he was also an avid outdoorsman who loved to hunt. He will be deeply missed by all his family and friends who knew and loved him. He is survived by his many nieces and nephews; Cecilia, Angie, Kathleen, Laura, Lisa, Teresa, Rosemary, Dolores, Ralph, Bobby, Butch, Ricky, Timmy, Tony and Leo; brother Joe Lara and wife Efie of Bernalillo, NM and sister Ramona L. Mercado of Berino, NM. Herminio was preceded in death by his wife Anita; his parents and brothers Antonio and Sam. A Memorial Mass for Herminio will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday Oct. 8, 2005 at St. Albert the Great Newman Center with Fr. Mitch Dowalgo officiating. PDF Printable Version
