Howard "Buddy" T. Fisher Jr. 81 of Las Cruces, NM died Thursday October 29, 2009. He was born in Elkton, MD on March 17, 1928 to Howard and Mina Fisher. Buddy retired from the U.S. Army and later became the golf pro at White Sands Missile Range Golf Course from 1983-1992. He was a member of the V.F.W. Post 10124 and the American Legion.
