Ignacio H. Jimenez, 57 of Las Cruces, NM died Sunday, June 17, 2007 at his home surrounded by his family. Ignacio was born February 1, 1951 in Jal, New Mexico to Ignacio and Natalia Jimenez. Ignacio H. Jimenez, 57 of Las Cruces, NM died Sunday, June 17, 2007 at his home surrounded by his family. Ignacio was born February 1, 1951 in Jal, New Mexico to Ignacio and Natalia Jimenez. He served and was honorably discharged from the United States Navy. Ignacio had worked for Foamex for about 10 years and in 2000 became a truck driver. At that time Ignacio came to know and become closer to God. Ignacio is survived by his wife, Lucila; three sons, Jacob John Jimenez, Carlos Jimenez and Daniel Jimenez; three daughters, Olivia Jimenez, Sonya Crystal Jimenez, and Delia Jimenez. Four sisters, Angelita Banegas, Emma Provencio, Rebecca Ann Castillas, and Gloria Jimenez. Also surviving Ignacio are two grandchildren and two half sisters, Margaret and Lucille. A visitation will be held from 5 to 7 PM on Sunday, June 24, 2007 at Getz Funeral Home Chapel where the Prayer Service will follow at 7 PM. Officiating will be Pastors Ralph and Norma Molina.
