Jaime Luis Mancha, 35, was born on July 26, 1981 in Hamilton, Bermuda to Richard Mancha and Barbara Lucas. He passed away September 1, 2016 in a tragic car accident in Las Cruces, NM. Jaime had two beautiful daughters, Jalen Luv Casanova Mancha, 4, and Zia Jeane Casanova Mancha, 1, along with his life partner of 9 years and mother to his children, Amber Casanova. Jaime was a Veteran of the United States Army where he became an Airborne Specialist and had over 450 jumps. He was very proud in serving his Country. In 2011, Jaime graduated with top honors from the Ocean Corporation out of Houston, TX. He finished his career as a Diver/Tender for Aqueous Subsea Corporation out of Lafayette, LA. After finishing his career as a diver, him and his family moved back to Las Cruces, NM to raise their girls and be closer to family. Some of his favorite activities included spoiling his girls, spending quality time with his dad, and tending to "Maggie's Farm." He loved hunting and being outdoors. He also enjoyed the Organ Mountain views. He was a very devoted father, partner, son, brother and friend. To those who knew him, he was very loyal, outgoing, adventurous, hardworking, happy go lucky, and selfless young man. Jaime was the kind of person who set out to complete any task he imagined. He lived life to the fullest. Jaime is survived by his daughters, Jalen and Zia, His life partner Amber, His father Richard Mancha, his mother Barbara Lucas, His stepmother, Esther Mancha, and his siblings Sean Castillo, Vanessa Mancha, Desirae Vargas, Danielle Vargas, Brian Rosier, Eric Cadena, Celeste Cadena and his uncles Frank Mancha, Ruben Mancha and Felix Mancha. He was preceded in death by his grandfather Felix P. Mancha and his Grandmother Mary Lawson. A memorial service will be held on September 14th, 2016 at Farm and Ranch Heritage Museum 4100 Dripping Springs Rd. in Las Cruces, NM at 1pm. PDF Printable Version Service Information
