James S. Wilborn Jr., 67, of Lordsburg, NM died Thursday, March 15, 2007. He was born May 30, 1039 in Memphis, TN to James Wilborn Sr. and Sarah Gray. James had been a member of the United Methodist Church in Lordsburg and a previous member of the New Mexico Mounted Patrol. James S. Wilborn Jr., 67, of Lordsburg, NM died Thursday, March 15, 2007. He was born May 30, 1039 in Memphis, TN to James Wilborn Sr. and Sarah Gray. James had been a member of the United Methodist Church in Lordsburg and a previous member of the New Mexico Mounted Patrol. He will be deeply missed by all his family and friends who knew and loved him. James is survived by his loving wife of 47 years Eva Wilborn of the family home; sons J. Scott Wilborn of wife Karen of Houston, TX and Tracy Wilborn of Las Cruces; mother Sarah Wilborn of Las Cruces and by his three grandsons Thomas and companion Becca, Brady and Westin. His father James Wilborn Sr preceded James in death. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, March 20, 2007 at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens Cemetery with Pastor Jay Jones of the United Methodist Church in Lordsburg, NM officiating.
