Jimmy Santiago Francia, 67, of Los Lunas, NM died Tuesday, April 15, 2008. He was born May 31, 1940 in Albuquerque, NM to Santiago and Inez McKinnley Francia. Jimmy was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing but his passion was for his family. He will be deeply missed by all his family and many friends who knew and loved him. Jimmy Santiago Francia, 67, of Los Lunas, NM died Tuesday, April 15, 2008. He was born May 31, 1940 in Albuquerque, NM to Santiago and Inez McKinnley Francia. Jimmy was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing but his passion was for his family. He will be deeply missed by all his family and many friends who knew and loved him. Jimmy is survived by his daughter Inez Saenz of Los Lunas, NM; mother Inez Alderete of Las Cruces; brothers Precy Francia of Las Cruces and Felix Alderete of LasVegas, NM. Also surviving him are 4 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Preceding Jimmy in death was his father Santiago, his son Jim and his brother Tony. A visitation will be held for 4 to 7 PM on Sunday, April 20, 2008 at Getz Funeral Home. Funeral Services to celebrate Jimmy's life will be at 10:00 AM on Monday, April 21, 2008 also at Getz Funeral Home with Pastora Juanita Martinez of Templo Bethel Church officiating. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Felix and Daniel Alderete, Raul Saenz, Matthew Llantada, Fernando Benavidez and Chris Morales. PDF Printable Version
