Joe E. Angel Sr. Left us way to soon on Wednesday, December 11, 2022 at University Medical Center in El Paso, Texas surrounded by his loved once. He was born in Las Cruces, NM to Lupe Angel, (Castula and Gomisindo Angel). He attended Hatch Valley High School, He enjoyed Hunting, Fishing Camping and spending time with his family and grandkids. Joe was a fan of the Dallas Cowboys and LA Dodgers. Joe worked for Smith & Aguirre Construction for 28 Years as a Foreman, Heavy Equipment Operator.
Joe is Survived by his children - Joe E. Angel Jr., Christopher G. Angel by-Grandchildren- Jaydyn C. Angel, Kaylani M. Angel, Dominik J. Angel. Also left to cherish his memory are his brothers-Antonio Gonzales, wife Rosario and Martin Gonzales, wife Rosa, Herman Gonzales, Sisters are Carla Gonzales and Paul, and Eva Gonzales. Predeceased by-Gomisindo and Castula Angel and Martin Gonzales Jr.
Visitation will be held at 6pm Wednesday, December 28, 2022 followed by the Rosary By Deacon-Leroy and Lucy Sanchez at Getz Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, December 29, 2022 at 11:30 am at our Lord of Mercy Catholic Church 117 Hartman St, Hatch NM 87937.
