Kyler Dakota Bachman

Kyler Dakota Bachman, 22, of Las Cruces, died in Albuquerque due to a motorcycle accident. Kyler bought his very first motorcycle on May 8, 2018 and died May 8, 2018. Kyler is survived by his parents, Erin and Tom Bachman of Las Cruces; Sisters Kacie Acosta (Matt), Codie Bachman (TJ), Jessica Bachman (Mark) and Candice Bachman; Brother Gavin Bachman, Grandparents Georgi and Wayne Wagner and John and Kim Cowdrey, Niece Lilli Bachman, nephew Tommy Muniz, his dog, Aliah, cousins who were near and dear to his heart (Jacob, Isaac, Audrey, Makayla, Cy, Kyle, Cassidy and Dustin), aunts and uncles (Tony, David and Ana, Shealee and Dan, Chris and Tammy, Mary and Erick, Crystal and Nicci) and numerous close friends. He is preceded in death by his grandpa Tom Bachman Sr, grandma Kathy Bachman and great grandparents George and Dorothy Switzer. Kyler was born on August 16, 1995 in El Paso, Tx. He graduated from Onate High School. Kyler worked from the time he was 16 years old - working at Sonic, Walgreens, UPS, IHOP, Pac Sun and Buffalo Wild Wings. He recently moved to Albuquerque where he was working as a bar back at Sandia Casino. He fell in love and shared his heart with Mayra Lopez. He was so proud of finely being financially stable and he loved learning and working at the Casino. His goal was to become a bartender. Kyler was a dear friend to many. His heart was so big and full of love. He lived life to the fullest and had a great sense of humor. Kyler had a unique sense of style and he loved his clothes and most of all his shoes. He had the best smile and a jovial laugh that would light up a room. Kyler loved his family and made them each feel like they were his favorite. Kyler made a lasting impression on so, so many people. A funeral is scheduled for 11:00 am, Tuesday, May 15, 2018 at Getz Funeral Home with a public viewing from 10 am -11:00 am, a reception to follow at the Bachman's house. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Kyler's life. The family would like to thank the following: Kyler's friends who helped us on that difficult day, Leo, Andrae, Daniel, Brandon, Jacob, Valerie and Denisse, Lorenzo's, Buffalo Wild Wings, who will be making a plaque in Kyler's honor (he will be forever employee of the month for the month of May) to be hung at both stores, as well as all the many friends and family that sent their condolences and have offered to help.
