Lester Vandale Lewis, Jr of Las Cruces New Mexico died peacefully at the age of 66 the morning of April 30th in his home. His family and friends mourn his passing and honor his life. Lester Vandale Lewis, Jr of Las Cruces New Mexico died peacefully at the age of 66 the morning of April 30th in his home. His family and friends mourn his passing and honor his life. Lester was a die-hard Raiders fan, loved his dogs, basketball and Michael Jordan. He was an Alamogordo Tiger and was a graduate of Class of 1974. In addition to his parents Lester V Lewis, Sr and Delores A Lewis he is preceded in death by his sister Alita D Lewis and two brothers Lance, Lavoy Lewis and nephew Charley W Woods, Ill. Lester is survived by his loving wife of 33 years Sandra Lewis, two daughters Trisha Espinoza, Tynishia Carey, son Derek Lewis, two granddaughters Tyan's, Trynitie and two grandsons Tobias and Trent. Also he has two sisters Allegra Woods and Adair Lewis, four brothers Leonard, Lyle, Lamont, Larone Lewis and Aunt Pinky Bryant. He also has many nieces and nephews. "Celebration of Life" Memorial will be held on Saturday, May 21,2022 at 3pm. Location is 914 Alamo St. Las Cruces, New Mexico.
