He had been a resident of Albuquerque, NM for about the last three years and was working as a carpenter for A.S. Horner Inc. Manuel is survived his wife Isabel Armenta; two step sons Pete Soriano Jr. of Abilene, TX and Armando Soriano of Las Cruces, NM. Two step daughters, Lillian D. Rodriguez and Amanda M. Soriano both of Las Cruces, NM. Two brothers, Jose Armenta and Felipe Armenta. Sisters, Maria de Jesus Borrego, Hortencia Torres, Raquel Garcia, Adela Armenta and Esperanza Armenta. Three Grandchildren, his parents Jose Armenta of California and Raquel Armenta of Zacatecas MX. and his mother and father in law, Antonia and Manuel Soriano of Las Cruces, NM. A visitation will be held from 1 to 3 PM on Tuesday, October 25, 2005 at Getz Funeral Home where the funeral service will be at 10 AM on Wednesday, October 26, 2005. Officiating will be Rev Hector Vega. Burial will follow at Masonic Cemetery. Serving, as pallbearers will be Manuel Soriano, Manuel Soriano, JR.
