Margaret C. Villa, 83, of Las Cruces, NM died Tuesday November 2, 2010 at Memorial Medical Center. She was born on May 10, 1927, in Madera, Chihuahua Mexico to Maximo and Juana Chavira. Margaret was a lifelong resident of Las Cruces, New Mexico and was an avid Bingo player. She will be missed dearly by her family and friends from Bingo. Margaret C. Villa, 83, of Las Cruces, NM died Tuesday November 2, 2010 at Memorial Medical Center. She was born on May 10, 1927, in Madera, Chihuahua Mexico to Maximo and Juana Chavira. Margaret was a lifelong resident of Las Cruces, New Mexico and was an avid Bingo player. She will be missed dearly by her family and friends from Bingo. She is survived by her children, Sergio Chavira, and wife Julia of Southgate, California, Rosa Maldonado and husband Tolano of Sunland Park, New Mexico, Andres and wife Stella of Las Cruces, New Mexico, and Javier and wife Yolanda Chavira of Texas, sisters Ana Chavira, Rosalydia Chavira, and brother Inocente Chavira. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Raul Villa, and mother Juanita Chavira. A visitation will be held on Wednesday November 3, 2010 at Getz Funeral Home from 5-7 PM with a prayer vigil to follow at 7 PM. The funeral mass will be given Thursday November 4, 2010 at 1 PM at the St. Genevieve's Catholic Church. The rite of committal will be given Monday November 8, 2010 in Ft. Bliss, Texas at the Ft. Bliss National Cemetery at 10 AM. Officiating will be Fr. Juan Moreno. PDF Printable Version
