Our beloved father, grandfather Mario Ceballos, 91 passed away peacefully surrounded by his loved ones on Friday, August 27, 2021. He was born on April 9, 1930 (a las tres de la maana) in El Porvenir, Chih, Mex. to Jose and Elvira Ceballos. He was second eldest of 10 children. Our beloved father, grandfather Mario Ceballos, 91 passed away peacefully surrounded by his loved ones on Friday, August 27, 2021. He was born on April 9, 1930 (a las tres de la maana) in El Porvenir, Chih, Mex. to Jose and Elvira Ceballos. He was second eldest of 10 children. Mario was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Antonia R. Ceballos and many brothers and sisters. Mario was a hard-working man, retired from 26 years of Groundskeeping at NMSU (1966-1992) He is survived by his daughter Lourdes C, Sanchez Her husband Richard Sanchez, son Cesar Ceballos and wife Teresa Ceballos. Grandchildren; Amy (Alex, Andrew) Mardy (Richard, Isaiah, Isabella) Gabriel, Nicolas, Jo (Eboni, Crinson, Sage) Desiree (Jake, Isabell, Jayleanna)Cheyenne (Austin) Adriana (Orlando, Orlandito, Adelina). Mario loved his grandchildren and enjoyed buying them unique gifts and candy. He was well known in his neighborhood of S. Alameda St. His quiet and giving nature will be missed. Services will be Held by Getz at St. Genevieve Catholic church on Thursday, September 9, 2021. Viewing will begin at 9:30 am. Rosary will begin at 10:30am. Funeral mass at 11:00 and burial at 12:00pm. The family would like to extend a huge thank you to Ambercare for all their Support. First Visitation
