Yvonne was born April 5, 1950, in Columbus MS, to Edna Earl Key and William Joseph Dawkins Jr. She had two sisters, Diane and Susie, and one brother, Butch. Martha Yvonne Dawkins Carson, 72, of Las Cruces, NM, passed through the gates of heaven on July 2, 2022, peacefully in her sleep at home. Yvonne was born April 5, 1950, in Columbus MS, to Edna Earl Key and William Joseph Dawkins Jr. She had two sisters, Diane and Susie, and one brother, Butch. She was married to and survived by her husband, Charles Keith Carson of Las Cruces, NM. She is survived by her three children Steven Boerger Jr., Tracey Dunfee, and William Boerger all Las Cruces, NM. Yvonne had six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. A memorial service will take place on Saturday, July 23, 2022, at 10 AM. at Getz Funeral Home Chapel
