Mary Sue Medina, 67, of Tucson, AZ and formerly of Las Cruces, died Saturday, March 13, 2010. She was born May 24, 1942 on the Hayner Ranch, NM where she was raised by both grandparents and great-grandparents along with her sister Margaret Nunez. Mary Sue Medina, 67, of Tucson, AZ and formerly of Las Cruces, died Saturday, March 13, 2010. She was born May 24, 1942 on the Hayner Ranch, NM where she was raised by both grandparents and great-grandparents along with her sister Margaret Nunez. Mary Sue was a wonderful homemaker, had a passion for bingo and a special love for her sisters, brother, her family and for everyone that crossed her path. She was a very loving and giving person to all and will be deeply missed by all her family and friends who knew and loved her. Mary Sue is survived by her loving husband Gilbert "Beto" Medina of the family home; her two children Veronica and Nicolas "Nicky" Medina and by her grandchildren Aubrey, Ryan and Gregg. Also surviving her are her sisters Margaret Nunez and husband Ramon, Lydia, Gloria, John and Nellie Alice Alexander, Martha and Eva Aydt. Mary Sue was preceded in death by her mother Mary C. Alexander, brother Raymond Alexander and by two nieces Delia Nunez Chavez and Margaret Ann Banegas. A prayer vigil to celebrate her life was held at Onate Greens on Wednesday, March 17, 2010 with Mr. Jimmy Navarro of El Paso, TX officiating. PDF Printable Version
