On Saturday December 26, 2015 at home in Las Cruces, New Mexico, Myrtle Elizabeth (Jody) DeBusk Pheil age 80, left her earthly body peacefully. She was born December 16, 1935 in Homosassa, FL to Herman and Agnes DeBusk. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Walter C. Pheil Jr, and one son, Steve Pheil. She has 2 surviving brothers and 4 sisters. At her time of death...
On Saturday December 26, 2015 at home in Las Cruces, New Mexico, Myrtle Elizabeth (Jody) DeBusk Pheil age 80, left her earthly body peacefully. She was born December 16, 1935 in Homosassa, FL to Herman and Agnes DeBusk. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Walter C. Pheil Jr, and one son, Steve Pheil. She has 2 surviving brothers and 4 sisters. At her time of death she was surrounded by 2 of her 4 daughters, 1 of her 2 remaining sons and 3 of her 17 grandchildren, she is also survived by 18 great grandchildren, and many more friends and loved ones. She was most proud of her work as a Jehovah's Witness and faithfully served him until her death. She believed in the bible hope of a resurrection into a paradise earth. She will be cremated according to her wishes. A memorial service will be held in Cairo, GA at a later date, and her ashes will be spread with her husband's and son's. She enjoyed turtles, rock collecting and bird feeding and watching. She will be missed. PDF Printable Version
