NELSON RALPH SILVA, age 28 of Rockwall, TX. went to be with his heavenly Father July 1, 2006, as result of a tragic accident in Rockwall. He was born September 14, 1977, in Durango, Mexico, to Rafael and Ofelia Silva. Ralph, as he was known to everyone, was a son, father; husband, brother, uncle and friend. He will be remembered as a loving full-of-life father to his three children....
NELSON RALPH SILVA, age 28 of Rockwall, TX. went to be with his heavenly Father July 1, 2006, as result of a tragic accident in Rockwall. He was born September 14, 1977, in Durango, Mexico, to Rafael and Ofelia Silva. Ralph, as he was known to everyone, was a son, father; husband, brother, uncle and friend. He will be remembered as a loving full-of-life father to his three children. Ralph had a very successful career as a client Relations Manager with MedQuist. He was nicknamed "Smiley" because he was always humorous and happy. Ralph loved life and tried to live it to the fullest, from having fun with his family and friends to work and coaching his kids in sports. He will be remembered as one that was always willing to help everyone. Ralph always gave 100% to anything he was doing or involved with. He had a kind soul and brought joy to everyone he came in contact with. In 1995, Ralph was a valuable player on the Mayfield High School State 4A Championship football team. He was a born again Christian and a member of the Church of Christ. Ralph will be deeply missed by all his family and friends who knew and loved him.
