Pat was called home to be with her Lord on Monday, April 1, 2024, after fighting Alzheimer’s/Dementia.
She was born November 15th, 1938, to Ira D. & H. Virginia Schell in Sharon, PA, where she lived until she moved to New Mexico with her 2 children. She worked at Dale Bellamah Homes until she moved on to New Mexico State University. She worked in the Agriculture Dept, NMSU Library and finally at the Business/Comptroller’s office until her retirement in 1982.
She loved her Aggies & the Men’s Basketball teams and had season tickets for more than 30 years. She was also active in Beta Sigma Phi International sorority since 1968 until her passing. She was blessed to become very good friends with her Sisters that she met thru the years and loved them all.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ira & Virginia Schell and her brother, Duane G. Schell. She is survived by her son, Barry Krynitz, her daughter, Lora Krynitz as well as 3 grandchildren, Amber Krynitz, Duran Krynitz & Dylan Yatzun Krynitz & 1 great grandson, Trace Krynitz all of Las Cruces and her Niece, Nancy Schell (John) of Baytown, TX & great nephew, Wesley Kerr (Ayesha) of Houston, TX.
The family will have a celebration of life later.
