Patricia (Pat) Ann Allgood Beal, 80, of Las Cruces passed away March 14, 2016 and was born June 1, 1935 in Decatur Mississippi to Samuel Alvin and Christina Allgood. She is survived by her sons Russell Cleve and Richard Cary White. Patricia (Pat) Ann Allgood Beal, 80, of Las Cruces passed away March 14, 2016 and was born June 1, 1935 in Decatur Mississippi to Samuel Alvin and Christina Allgood. She is survived by her sons Russell Cleve and Richard Cary White. Her Grandchildren Russell Samuel and Ryan Christopher White, Amber Marie White Malone, Tessa Tihista, Travis Beau White, Kyndall Taylor and Evan Clayton White; Greatgrandchildren Austin Michael Talkington, Vanden Traise White, Danica Karma white and Ashlynn Leelah Talkington, she is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father and mother, sisters Angeline Merritt and Lazell Robinson and Brothers Loris Russell Allgood and Richard A. Allgood. Pat graduated from Las Cruces Union High School in 1953 and enjoyed getting together with the classmates in Las Cruces. She was employed by two local banks for a total of nineteen years and retired from a chile plant in 1999. Pat had lived in Las Cruces for 76 years and was active in the community, she was a member of the Conquistadors in the late 70's and served as chairperson. As a member of Las Cruces Civitan, she held many positions in the club and was involved in numerous projects to benefit the city and surrounding areas. Her greatest joy in life was spending time with her grandchildren, vacationing with them, forging a loving bond and watching them participate in local sports. Her First priority was nurturing and helping these grandchildren when a need arose. At her request cremation has taken place and a memorial services will be 10am Saturday March 19, 2016 at Getz Funeral Home. In Lieu of Flowers the family ask for donations to the cure of American Alzheimer's Association.
