"TOSH" or " EL GALLO ROJO" as he was fondly known was born Nov. 12, 1981 in Las Cruces to Pedro Enriquez Sr. and Leticia Quintela. He was a cook at Picacho Hills Country Club. Pedro Quintela Enriquez Jr. of Las Cruces died Friday, March 28, 2008. "TOSH" or " EL GALLO ROJO" as he was fondly known was born Nov. 12, 1981 in Las Cruces to Pedro Enriquez Sr. and Leticia Quintela. He was a cook at Picacho Hills Country Club. Tosh enjoyed dancing, flowing, the outdoors but his passion was for his family. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. He is survived by his children Pedro Adrian, Leilani and D'Jali all of the family home; mother Leticia of Las Cruces; father Pedro Sr. of Mexico; sisters Veronica and Leticia Enriquez both of Las Cruces. Also surviving Tosh are his nephews Isaiah, Rodrigo, Josiah and Joakin and by many cousins. His daughter Mayrena preceded him in death. A visitation will be held from 5 to 7 PM on Wednesday, April 2, 2008 at Getz Funeral Home where a prayer vigil will follow at 7 PM. His funeral mass is at 10:00 AM on Thursday, April 3, 2008 at Immaculate Heart of Mary Cathedral. Rite of Committal will be at Masonic Cemetery.
