Robbie Clark Kuykendall Dec. 27, 1924 to Feb. 28, 2017 Life-long resident of Dona Ana County, Mrs. Robbie Clark Kuykendall passed into eternal life on February 28, 2017 in Las Cruces, New Mexico at the age of 92. Mrs. Kuykendall was preceded in death by her husband, P.R. Kuykendall and is survived by her four children; Randy Kuykendall and wife Sabra, of Denver CO., Ann Samaniego and husband Roger, Kandy Jones and Walter Kuykendall all of Las Cruces, NM. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren. Robbie Kuykendall was born on December 27, 1924 in Becton, TX. and came to Las Cruces as a child. During her long marriage to P.R., she not only raised four children, but provided in-home foster parent support to almost 100 children in the family home in Fairacres, NM. She was an accomplished quilter having won many ribbons for her beautiful hand-made quilts at the Southern NM State Fair. She was a member of the Las Cruces Church of Christ. A funeral is scheduled for Friday, March 3, 2017 at 10:00 AM at Getz Funeral Home; 1410 E. Bowman Ave., Las Cruces NM. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Robbie's long life.
