Ramon (Monchi) H. Carabajal Jr. passed away unexpectedly on May 12, 2022, at his home. Ramon was born, raised and resided in Las Cruces, NM. He was a veteran of the Army and retired from White Sands Missile Range. Ramon was a loving, caring, generous, proud father, grandfather, son and brother. Ramon is survived by his longtime companion Nell Akers, mother Lucy Carabajal, son Ramon (Ben) Carabajal, Crystal, daughter Michelle Casas, Orlando, and seven grandchildren Lilliana, Xavier, Araceli (Booboo), Isaiah, Aidalina, Sage and Kiara. And numerous brothers and sisters. Ramon is preceded in death by his father Ramon O. Carabajal, brother Teddy Carabajal and granddaughter Amor Neveah Carabajal. We would like to invite Ramon's family, friends and associates to join us for his funeral services at Getz Funeral Home on May 27, 2022, beginning at 9:30 am. Burial services will be on June 10, 2022, at 10am at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
