Raymond A. Testa, 65, of Las Cruces died at his home Wednesday, Sept. 9, 2009. He was born January 9, 1944 in Napolean, Ohio to George and Alberta Wells Testa. Raymond was veteran of the US Air Force where he served his country honorably. He had been the owner-operator of D&P Trucking. Raymond A. Testa, 65, of Las Cruces died at his home Wednesday, Sept. 9, 2009. He was born January 9, 1944 in Napolean, Ohio to George and Alberta Wells Testa. Raymond was veteran of the US Air Force where he served his country honorably. He had been the owner-operator of D&P Trucking. He was with the Trumbull County Sheriff's Office in Warren, Ohio for 35 years, and a 25 year member of the Trumbull County Fair Board of Directors, he also worked 15 years as a volunteer fire fighter with the Warren Township Fire Dept. Mr. Testa will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. He is survived by his loving wife Marilyn J. Testa (Pinkham) whom he married on May 6, 1966 in Newport, ME; mother Alberta Wells Testa; his children David R. Testa and Patricia A. Leon; sister Margaret Skeleski; brothers William G. Testa and David A. Testa; grandchildren Rachel M. Testa, David R. Testa Jr., Justin R. Leon and Amber J. Leon. Raymond was preceded in death by his father George J. Testa and his brother George L. Testa. A visitation will be held from 5 to 7 PM on Monday, Sept. 14, 2009 at Getz Funeral Home. Funeral Services to celebrate his life are at 10 AM on Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2009 also at Getz Funeral Home. The US Air Force and the Devil Dogs of Las Cruces will provide military honors.
